Re: Keijo!!!!!!!!
Had to shake my head in disbelief so many times in just the first episode. Why does a show this absurd have such good animation

Re: Keijo!!!!!!!!
saw some initial reviews of this and the general consensus seems to be "this show is better than it has any right to be". In that it takes what should be mindless fanservice and somehow actually makes it somewhat watchable. I haven't actually gotten around to seeing it yet as I'm still finishing up thunderbolt fantasy from last season but I'll be giving it a look just to see what's up.

Re: Keijo!!!!!!!!
yeah, 2 eps in, and that's definitely the best description that I've heard for it so far. I'm still holding out hope for a few of my favorites, but this show might seriously end up being the anime of the season.Jasta85 wrote: "this show is better than it has any right to be".

Re: Keijo!!!!!!!!
So, actually started watching this this week and it's actually pretty entertaining. Think of sports manga like kuroko's basket or hajime no Ippo and instead have a sports involving women battling each other with butts and boobs. It's actually has a shonen vibe more than anything, and everything about the sport is so ridiculous is isn't even offensive. Ironically the manga is actually toned down a lot more than the anime, with about 20 chapters of introduction and build up that happen before the 1st episode even happens, but I guess the anime studio figured all of that would bore audiences so they jumped straight into the matches, which was probably a smart decision.
