Trifecta - An Ascent Into Madness by Bad Martial Arts is one of the most original things I've seen this year. It deserves bonus points for not rating that highly on the pretensious BS meter or the 'WTF, this is stupid' meter.
Disney in D(wchang) Minor by mckeed deserves some Comedy loving. I personally find it funnier than the video that spawned the idea although that's a tough call to make.
The Wasteland by Otohiko is easily the best Instrumental I've seen this year. If nothing else he should just get credit for making a seven minute AMV that didn't bore me around the fourth or fifth minue.
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... gettoEX should get a nod for most helpful just because of his <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... >AnimeNext 2004 AMV Panel Video. If people paid attention to it the world would be a better place. Or at least the parts of the world that watch videos that do the things he points out on accident.
<a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... >Satellite Dance by derobert deserves mention mainly because I've managed to go quite awhile in #AMV without being banned and I can't help but think that occasional sucking up is the reason why.
