I'm very aware of it.
I'm also understanding of why they do it. Most don't put more than ten seconds of time into their vid for bumpers. I just happen to be a person that puts time into it.

And going through vid after vid with subpar info display does drop the contest quality feel. Making standard bumpers for the vids causes more of a cohesive feeling rather than an odd collage of videos one after the other with nothing more than a category breaker.

That doesn't mean I have to like it

Hey everybody just to let you know I am contacting different stores about sponsoring the contest. I have a few stores already interested with us and say they probably are going to donate T-Shirts, Wall Scrolls or DVD's. I'm still looking for more so I'm hoping we can have a nice amount of prizes for this year contest. I'll be posting the sponsors up here as I get them. I'm just waiting on the final word.

UPDATE: The trophies I found out are going to be glass like trophies, similar to Anime Evolutions. I'll post pictures of them when we get them in April or May.

I am still working on getting sponsors for prizes. I have about 5 stores that are interested right now. I'll be working on getting more. (It's hard to get free stuff.)

Well, it's hard to get good free stuff. companies always seem eager to throw random volumes of series that never sold well at you.

There are just 3 1/2 weeks left before submissions are closed.

As a bonus for this years contest just by entering you can win a wallscroll of your choice. (Up to $25 in price) Just by entering the contest you will be put into a drawing to win this prize. If you do win let me know which series you like and I'll get you a wallscroll from that series.

Good luck to everyone and send those submissions in.

Just a reminder 2 1/2 weeks left to get your submissions in that is 19 days to be exact. Remember if you are mailing them they have to be in our hands by that day or you can upload it to megaupload or another uploading site where you could give me the link to download it and email me your submission form.
