Connichi is going to take place once again from September 16 to 18 this year in Kassel, Germany and with it comes the 10th issue of our AMV Contest.
The Rules are our usual stuff with some changes I try to summarize here:
There will be a Creator's Choice Award this year, meaning if you send a video produced exclusively for the Connichi and attend the convention, you are invited to join the presentation to judge all videos preselected by our jury. Also we plan to select an equal amount of people from the audience to judge and elect the Audience's Choice Award.
The deadline is going to be August 3rd if you send your entry via Internet. If you prefer physical media send them one week earlier, even though that's not recommended if you don't live i Europe.

You may also notice that there is a Cosplay Video Contest and a Game Video Contest as well, so if you are more into live action or prefer games over anime as source material check them out as well. btw: are there any sites dedicated to cosplay movies, so I can promote the contest there as well?

Connichi is the biggest Anime and Manga convention in Germany with about 15000 visitors each year. It's made for fans by fans so we like to promote fan work in an appropriate way.
