So it started today, and will add 5 episodes every Wed.
If the stream on Hulu or Vizanime do well, it seems it's possible to get a DVD release.

LOL I know how you feel about the Reborn DVDs...
But sadly, I highly doubt it will happen since Viz does so terribly with the manga.
They are, however, going to stream it on Vizanime.com (Source: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2011-05-07/hulu-viz-stream-occult-academy-monster-reborn )
I guess if it does well streamed, we may see a DVD release.
