• Comments: Finally, it's done, the hardest AMV I have ever done....
  
  Watching Gokusen all over again, using clips from about all 13 episodes of nothing but lip synching using a very basic program...but finally it's done, and I'm very satisfied.
  
  Gokusen is one of my favorite animes, it's criminally underrated, and when I looked for AMVs for it one time I was very disappointed...just one video that actually used Gokusen by itself (but also some of the live action show too). Why couldn't anyone do an anime Gokusen vid? Well, that's where I came in, I always wanted to do a Gokusen vid anyway, but now I really wanted to do one.
  
  However, the problem was....what song would work for Gokusen? I had absolutely no idea....so I kept myself open until one day I found myself on hoodoo's profile watching some of his great comedy vids. He used a lot of Avenue Q songs, and I thought...that might work. So I looked around for Avenue Q songs, then I heard one...one that was so perfect for Gokusen. "What do you do with a BA in english/It sucks to be me". Out of all the songs I listened to, this one I planned the whole thing out the first time I heard it. The problem was..the song was about 6 minutes long. Usually I wouldn't have a problem with that, but the second half of the song just...didn't fit, but the first half was so perfect, so I cut it down to about 3:30. In this vid it starts off with Shin talking about how useless his life is, he walks into class listens to Kuma and Yamaguchi both bitch about how much their lives suck before leaving, then two roomates Uchi and Minami walk in and also complain, before everyone admits that everyone's life sucks. That is the plot of this vid, I tried to make all the clips match as best as I could (by that I mean I tried to use the scenes in them in their black uniforms to make it seem more consistant) though at some times their clothing changed (I tried my hardest, but I couldn't REanimate it...) It's not that noticable anyway.
  
  Anyway, even if you don't know anything about Gokusen I think you can still get enjoyment from this vid if you're up for it, though if you're a Gokusen fan definately give it a look.
