  This video is using some of the best music to EVER come out of the 16-Bit Video game era Yuzo Koshiro's Streets of Rage 2 OST, And it was my special mission to make a shitty video to it using Akira.
  
  Seeing as this is for Inthesto's Videogame music appreciation contest and despite what i say in the credits this monstrosity is ENTIRELY his fault. Only two things are not Inthesto's fault: The Glows, amd the bar effects.
  
  The bar effects are Kristyrat's fault.
  
  And the glow is almost exclusively Niotex's fault.
