The video starts off with two characters being in a relationship.
They can't seem to show each other their feelings.
On Christmas, they manage to give each other presents.
The relationship looks like it's going to go well but things go wrong.
The guy gets into trouble and the girl gets upset.
Both characters start to remember memories of the relationship.
The girl then decides just to leave but the guy follows her.
They start walking down the street while having an argument.
They guy tries to stop the girl, but she tells the guy something that hurts his feelings.
The video ends with both characters wondering if they should continue the relationship.
