• Comments: Yay, Genshiken! That's what I thought when I ended up getting this as my source (and of course I was thrilled to have the song that we got, "Shiroi Yami no Naka," made famous by Eric Kobet's "Tainted Donuts" AMV). I really liked working with this footage, but I ended up loving half the video and hating half the video. It probably shows. :) I was up against ssgwnbtd for this round, and lost. He had a very strong submission. So, the main theme of the video is otaku being otaku and acting awkward around girls and in other situation. There's some comedic timing here and there, as well as some lip sync, but that's about it. I wonder if this video would have turned out differently if I chose a different volume of Genshiken? Ah well, it was fun to make!
