• Comments: I made this video mostly for me. The littlest hobo was an old Canadian T.V. show that I used to watch alot about this German Shepherd that would go from place to place and help people. The song I have used was the shows theme song ... and this video is just a nostalgic trip to the past for me.
  
  This is also my first No effects video, I made it simple to reflect the old 80s T.V. show style ... and the idea of a simple past. I wanted to make a sentimental video without it being drama or romance.
  
  There is a little macroblocking here and there, but I really like the feeling and style of the watercolour/pencil crayon backgrounds ... and any filtering would have removed that detail ... but I like the simplicity and childlike feeling that style evokes so I left it in.
  
  About the show
  
  The Littlest Hobo, a Canadian series, stars a german shepard with a loyal and independent spirit that becomes friend and hero to those he meets.
  
  The Littlest Hobo debuted in 1979 and ran for six seasons. The series hosted many Hollywood stars and became syndicated across the world.
  
  CTV's Corner Gas spoofed the series in their 2005 season with an episode titled, "The Littlest Yarbo". In the series, a mysterious german shepard appears in Dog River and Hank is sure it's TV's Littlest Hobo.
  
  "Maybe Tomorrow", the series theme song, has become a Canadian television theme classic.
