    In a Nutshell:
    Pretty straight forward 'fun' video centered around the title
    because obviously no one in School Rumble can Stand Still.
    Add some AC/DC, and that's all there is to it.
    [although it does have a minor Romance undertone in a silly,
    quirky, kind of way... which easily sums up the anime.]
    Also, this is my first time doing any masking and such...
