There's not all that much to really explain about Charab Battle... the audio comes from the very funny Metal Gear Solid parody Flash animation, Crab Battle, which I was first introduced to at ACen 2008. Shortly after that convention, I watched the episode of Shugo Chara which featured (for a short while) a crab- and my SAST entry idea was born.
I would have liked to have had more time to use more of the audio... but with the SAST limited to 30 seconds, I had to be selective. It didn't work perfectly of course, but it still made me smile and chuckle watching it when it was done, so I happily call it a success.
