    Well, finally finished ! And I was able to do it before the patch for HF route will be released !

    Probably the biggest project of mine so far. And it took my virginity for the action genre amv as well. I once mentioned Im a pretty big otaku for Type-moon stuff, this proves it I hope xD.

    The idea was born somewhere in the spring of this year after I have played through the Unlimited Blade Works scenario, and read Kamelots lyrics for "Across the Highlands"
    song. They matched perfectly. Previously I wanted to recreate UBW story completly, but after I have gathered the materials .... well, had to drop this idea. That is why I concentrated on
    the next best thing - Archers character profile.

    Just to let you guys know. Fate/Stay night game consists of three routes:

    Fate route - story about Saber (and anime is based on it in 95%).

    Unlimited Blade Works route - story mainly about Rin and Archer and his connection with Shirou.

    Heaven's Feel route - revolves mainly around Sakura and Rider.



    NOW. This is SPOILER ZONE for F/SN game.



    First of all I wanted to portrait Archer as a tragic hero, who was betrayed by everything he belived in. His dreams, ideals, eternity. Who is Archer in the first place ?
    Well, this is one of the most known spoilers in anime universe so Archer = Shirou who in the moment of his death made a pact with the earth to become a hero. Well, if you watched the anime
    at least, you know that being a hero was his biggest dream. After he became one of the servants he started to live beyond the time. He was summoned countless of times to fight in the Holy Grail War. He was ordered to kill. In order to protect ten people he had to kill one person. To protect one hundred he had to kill ten .... and so on. Soon he became sick and disgusted with himself, but he couldnt end his life alone. He prayed for one thing....
    To be summoned in the times he was still alive. He believed killing his old-self back then would be able to free him from the eternity. But after he had met his formerself something started to change .... he remembered something he has long forgotten ....



    SO, AMV itself is a hybrid of two routes. From the UBW I have included stuff like :

    - Shirou becoming Archer in the first place after all the horrible things he have experienced
    - Shirou learning Archers fighting style, and in the end, his ultimate weapon - Reality Marble known as "Unlimited Blade Works".
    - Archer vs Shirou fight
    - small side story in credits.
    - other stuff that is scattered around the whole amv like Archer-Shirou relationship.

    From the technical point of view .... well, never in my life I have worked so much in Photoshop :D. This amv kind of sums up my experience from all the amvs I have created. There was also a lot of stuff I had to learn from the beginning. Things about textures and the way you should use them.

    Song is high-paced and got a lot of annoying beats you cant ignore, so normal "easy-going" editing wouldnt work.
