I felt like I needed to redeem myself for my other amv I made previously. Yes, I'm well aware that it sucked but it did give me the idea for this amv so it ain't all that bad. You'll prolly like this one since it's by far the greatest one I have ever made. And it's my first ever amv with mac, AE, Photoshop, FCP and quicktime conversion.
Just as always I get my ideas while driving and listening to my music. The secret to my editing is driving with my left hand to stimulate the right hemisphere of my mind and build upon what I see. Yes, it is kinda reckless, but I have very high perception and quick reflexes so it evens out in the end, and I haven't had a single accident in my driving exp. Also this is a new artist I picked up while surfing the web. It's religious so I was kinda skeptical on getting it, but they're pretty good. I combined the first semi-religious anime I saw, and this music and the rest fell into place. I was surprised at how well it came out. I try to pride myself in being unconventional in making amvs, since you can only make something so many times with the same sources while getting points in "originality". Luckily RahXephon isn't a overused source, and skillet is not as well. So I lucked out on this one.
Took me about 96 hours to make this one and it's worth every minute.
