  How this AMV came about:
  
  My friends and I were planning to attend the AnimeNEXT09 convention and we were extremely excited. Adri, encouraged me to enter an AMV into the contest. Now, I have had no experience with Con AMV format so this was a big challenge for me. I spent 2 weeks reading guides and using the AMVapp to make my clips look decent. There was a time when someone told me the guide was out of date... so I read the other one! More reading! [Ahh... and now it's updated AGAIN] xD[Thanks to Adri for letting me borrow her DVDs] By the time I got to actually editing the amv I had just about one month left before the deadline. Of course, complications would occur when my brother would nag to use the computer [It's his anyway...] and it was always when I was having good inspiration and editing. There were alot of fights, alot of staying up late, and freak outs, but it paid off.
  
  How the Title came about:
  
  Well... I wanted a title that people could easily remember, something that wasn't used yet too. I was talking to my friend about it and we we're both throwing out some really lame title ideas, all of which had something to do with insane Haruhi. Huh, so I was watching "iCarly" at the time and I typed "iKyon" for the lulz, however he liked it and told me to go with it. Considering I had no other title idea, and I was NOT going to name it after the song, I went with it. "iKyon" is also a form of iPod, like this song would definitely be on Kyon's iPod... if he had one... and was real.... yeah.

  Okay, now to actually talk about the AMV itself. Well, I love this anime and Haruhi and Kyon are so funny when they're in a scene together. They don't have the mushy romance going on, and maybe not even romance. However, they do have a relationship that could evolve into something more but of course there must be more books and seasons!
  
  When I first heard this song I thought, "You know, this could totally fit Kyon's thoughts about Haruhi," so with that I went for it.
  
  At the end I made Kyon lip sync "I like it," where he's complimenting her ponytail.
