As a tribute to a great song and an awesome old-school anime series...
This took around 5 hours to make with Windows Movie Maker, as an experiment if I could get this concept to finality.
The general theme is the struggle for the Yamato to lift off and make it outside the solar system without being destroyed by the Gamilus race, all while having a finite amount of time before Earth is poisoned beyond human livability. Each episode ended in a "Days left" countdown, so I thought it was perfect for the song.
