  Well, it's been more than a year since I made my last AMV. This time I've gone for something different; I've selected a soundtrack from a musical. I've actually had this AMV in mind for a very long time - two years ago, when I made Celestial Being Comes Crashing Down, I also set aside the necessary files to make this video. It's just taken me this long to get around to it.
  
  For those of you who don't know much about Les Miserables, it is a musical involving students leading a rebellion against an oppressive government, ultimately failing in the end. There's also somethin' about a guy who stole a loaf of bread in there - that doesn't link to Code Geass as well, but the fact of the matter is that Code Geass and Les Mis have very similar themes. I believe this to be intentional: Lelouch is named after the last name of a film director who did a modern day version of Les Mis.
  
  I wasn't entirely faithful to Les Mis in this, I just wanted it to look good and demonstrate the similarities between it and Code Geass. If I had been completely faithful, for instance, Shirley would have had to have been singing about Suzaku - but that simply doesn't work all that well when you try and put it into practice. Still, I think people's roles match pretty damn well - and if you don't know the roles, look them up. I think you'll be impressed.
  
  I spent a lot of time and effort on this AMV. I hope you enjoy it, and thanks for reading.
