  This is a "REMASTER" project that I started a couple of months back. The idea was to keep everything of the original intact while spicing up all the technical stuff. In the end I ended up doing a little more then that, but none the less that was the original idea.
  
  720P - HD was a huge driving factor behind this remaster. I ended up using the US BD release for my video source. Which was re sized down to 720p for multiple reasons related to playback.
  
  60FPS - The other driving factor. Due to the fast passed nature of the original. I decided it would be interesting to experiment with TRUE 60FPS. When settling for this I realized early on that 1080@60P would be near impossible to play back on even a mid-high end system. Going back to FPS however. I ended up gutting most of the conventional 60fps conversion methods and went with a hybrid of interpolating and frame gutting. Effectively minimizing blended and distorted frames if not removing them all together.
  
  2D DoF - The simple concept of attracting the focus of the eyes to a specific section of the screen by effectively creating a fake Depth of Field. This is something I have been experimenting with for a very long time now in my other [at the time of this writing] unreleased projects. From what I gathered based on those projects. Is the fact that people don't seem to notice it's there until its gone and thus making the video feels "flat".
