  I'd be lying if I said that making this AMV was a walk in the park... I first started editing this video waaaaaay back in the Fall of 2007. After a month of working off and on, I got hopelessly stuck on just what, exactly, I wanted to do with it, and I moved on to other projects. The project file just laid dormant on my hard drive - fragmenting away - never to see the light of day again.
  
  ...until two years later. Last Fall I was looking around for AMV ideas for Anime Detour 2010, and I noticed that the convention's theme for this year was "System Upgrade". This reminded me of .hack//Roots, and in turn, this AMV. So, I decided to give it another shot. Surprisingly, some time away was all I needed - I was able to finish this video over the course of just a few weeks. (Which is pretty damn fast for me!) And now, here I am today, rambling on about this AMV in its AMV.org "Comments" box. I should probably just typing now. Is anyone still reading this? No, probably not. :P
