This one was fun. After a long run of no inspiration, a coworker showed me the double rainbow video, and I found the song shortly thereafter. I went to work on the video that night. Worked on it for a few days and got about halfway done when Ileia asked me if I had heard the song and presented me with her own beta. Kind of stopped working on it for a bit after that but got back in and finished it up for AWA expo 2010.
After realizing that there were only a few different shot in the one filler episode of One Piece I was using, the concept for this turned into "see how many different unique ways I can incorporate rainbows into as many shots as possible". Overdoing it was part of the point. And while some of the roto work I forced upon myself with this one was a little excessive, I think it all came out pretty cleanly. As did the lipsync, which was pretty challenging in some parts.
This video has yet to be uploaded to the org. I am waiting on something.
