This is quite a fast paced video. I thought of this dream like style video when i first listened to the song.(I did not use the full song) Especially with the lyrics "One night i dreamt a white rose withering." Instantly i thought of Utena: the Movie. Since the movie is most likely in another universe than from the anime i got the idea that the movie was a dream and the anime would be real life. So hence why it does not make much sense and is really fast. Dreams can be detailed, blurred, confusing and just about anything.
This is Utena's dream of another universe to be exact. At the end it is soft but she does say "what?" as if confused to what she just dreamed.
To get the full effect it is good to have your base and volume turned up! ^^
