• Comments: I first heard this song a "Most anticipated games of 2011" video back in Janurary. It stuck with me as a good song that tells a personal story. Originally I planned this as a various video featuring a lot of characters trying to understand their role and push forward. This was scrapped for two reasons, one because making the video clear on this theme with multiple characters that audiences don't know becomes difficult and two I felt it had an additional meanign in the Matrix where the reality characters live in comes into question.
  
  So I decided to make ti an animatrix video. This developed even further when I discovered the meaning of the lyrics is actually in question as either a song about a fear of flying, death or love. I felt I could embody this by making a video about a fear of what lies beyond the world you live in and if it's a world you're brave enough to leave without knowing what's on the other side. So it became an animatrix centric video.
