This is a video I have wanted to do for a long time. A while back, I saw Kishin Corps now known as Geoarmor. In the first coupe of episodes this song begins to play against a backdrop of kids trying to make it in a cruel world. I pretty much fell in love with the song. Originally, I had no idea what to do with this song. All, I knew was that I want to to juxtapose the beauty of the song, with the horror of war and violence. The anime I ended up using was Jin-roh, though halfway through the video I though about switching to Now and There Here and Then. Both anime did pretty much what I wanted to. ENd the end though, I stuck with Jin-roh, because it was more realistic, and I wanted to portray that this could actually happen in our world.
I didn't use any big special effects. Just layering, and a couple of compsites that I made in Photoshop. I tried to make the video as simple as possible.
All in all, I am satisfied with the video and how it turned out.
