I was originally planning to remake my old Lord Slug video. You know that one with the slow song that doesn't make any sense to the movie what so ever? I edited about five seconds of it before I got bored with it and decided to use that song for another anime. But I had all this footage from Lord Slug still sitting on my computer and thought I should still do something with it. Then I remembered this video that had Megumi Hayashibara's Give a Reason remix to Lord Slug and thought hmmm it might be interesting to remake that video but couldn't remember the life of me who made the original. I was about half a minute in the video since I was going on memory for the most of it until I remembered that 007Vegita did something with Lord Slug. I thought off and on should I redo this video or not and just for the hell of it remake mine any ways. The more and more I edited the video the answer started to become clear.

Now, this video is a reimagining of 007Vegita's video, Lord Slug: Unstoppable. Obviously I couldn't make the video the same unless I did it frame by frame. We're too different editors with different styles of editing. However, I did preserve the spirit of the original video. Its not meant to be the same. The original was good for what it was back in the day and it was one of his early vids. Since it was one of his earlier videos there was a lot of issues with it. Scenes weren't synced and a lot of scenes were sped up. It almost looks similar to how my old editing style was. After watching the video again a few times I thought, hmmm those scenes would be cooler if they were on sync. So the long process of making this video began.

This new interprentation of the video features cleaned up footage courtsey of the Dragon Box versions of the movies and is in its original aspect ratio. There are some minor interlacing issues but thats within the original footage and nothing I can really do about it. Its minor and not that noticable.
