Comments: Shin Hatsubai video #75, and the first video in Project Haibane (order is by viewing order as well as production date), is a quiet, fairly sedate video focusing on Rakka, the central character of Haibane Renmei. It's "about" a lot of things, not all of which require prior knowledge of the anime, but it also stands videographically on its own. One of the better vids I've done recently, with no technical issues as I can recall.

Digital effects here are pretty simple; there's some pop-blur deceleration, and a little grayscale, but that's about it.

This video will go out for competition as soon as I remaster the audio track; currently it's from mp3 from old tape from vinyl, and I'd really rather try to record from the original LP in maximum digital quality.
