Comments: Shin Hatsubai video #76, the second in Project Haibane, is a decent video, but it requires a little knowledge of the source anime to fully work, so it's not a complete success. Literally, it is 'a while in dreamland'; four-plus minutes of immersion in the world of the Haibane.

Effects are again somewhat limited; I think just deceleration here, maybe a horizontal or vertical flip. The point is transparency; to look as though no effects are being used.
