• Comments: This is the Tekko 2015 AMV Contest opening video that was played during the Friday and Saturday showings of the AMV contest and at the beginning of the Sunday AMV contest awards ceremony.
  
  I had this concept in mind, but wanted to see if my team had other video ideas before I went ahead with it. The theme of the convention this year was "Angels & Demons", but we did not get enough thematic videos submitted to run that as a contest category. Instead, we had just enough (and a demand for it by a couple of entrants) to do a "Classic Anime" category--videos that used anime created before the year 2000.
  
  So, after other plans fell apart, I put this one together the week before the convention just so that we could have an introduction. We missed out on an introduction to last year's contest, so this year I wanted to be sure we had an introduction for our audience. I think it turned out rather well, and has a bit of humor to boot. Also, at the end of the intro (and for every two categories therein), you will see our ballot reminder video. Due to these, we received almost all of our ballots the way they were intended to be submitted, so it is definitely something I might throw into the next intro I do.
