  I started work on this project in the spring of 2015 when I had just finished watching Aldnoah.Zero. I was deeply impacted by the anime -- its art-style, plot, characters, and refreshing quality. The relationship between Inaho, Slaine, and Asseyleum really took hold in my mind and so I knew that I really needed to edit out my feelings. So many feels!
  
  I was especially inspired by my recent addiction to Luca Turilli -- as soon as I heard "War of the Universe" I knew I had a match! The song fits so perfectly with Aldnoah.Zero. I focused on internal sync and smooth transitions, while trying to make the anime look approachable for newcomers. My hope is that this video sparks interest, while at the same time, fostering delight from fans of the anime.
  
  This AMV took probably about a week to make, but due to constraints on my hands (carpel-tunnel syndrome) I had to take many breaks. These periods of doubt lead to weeks of inactivity on the project until I finally buckled down in September to finalize the video. My hands are coping better, but I will never be able to edit as much as I used to. I am just so glad that I still have editing-powers in me!
