After I found and obtained the Battle Athletes OAV, I first thought about doing a tribute to Kevin Caldwell's Believe. The idea was solid, but I was struggling in the middle of it and the video just didn't pull together as well as I thought it might. So, I dumped the idea and decided to do something new with the source, resulting in this video. I feel Imagine Dragons works very well here, driving the growth of Akari from her beginnings to her rise in the ranks of the University and mastery of sports.
