• Comments: After a summer season with a number of interesting TV opening parodies (in particular, Nekokitkat's Inspector Conan and King Redeem's Dragon Maids), I thought it would a change of pace (and a quicker task) to try my hand at my own TV opening parody. As for what to do, that was one idea that came up rather fast: as someone who enjoys the latter seasons of The Golden Girls, I thought it would be cool to set the theme song to the slice of life anime KinIro Mosaic. Originally, I had planned to work on this project at a later time, but with my original plans for Anime USA looking like it wouldn't be ready in time for the con deadline (I hope I could finish this project some time in the future), I figured that I can get this video made in about a week and instead went ahead with this project.
  
  Editing wise at such a tight deadline (made even tighter by the fact that I couldn't edit the video the day before the deadline due to me traveling to Philly for my niece's birthday), it could get painful at times (in particular, trying to find shots of certain characters). Also causing some problems from the get-go was trying to fit five characters in a TV opening that only features four characters and the fact that I couldn't get the version of the theme song that I wanted to use (I was hoping to use the minute-long version from the earlier seasons, but the DVD copy that I got the audio source from only had the regular length version). However, I managed to tough it out and get the video done in time.
