When I got this idea I was so excited! I looked at every version of Beauty and the Beast and I felt the 2017 fit the best, mostly because I didn't want to deal with the inclusion of Chip or the mention of them dancing. I wanted to show how Chise and Ellis were hesitant with each other then slowly came and began to fall in love. Just the natural parts of falling in love and doing small things makes me happy as someone in a relationship and to see it in anime so I wanted to highlight those the most. ^w^
