Comments:
- Best in Show at Nan Desu Kan 2019
- 1st Place at Connichi AMV Competition 2019
This idea is something I’ve wanted to do for a while. The intent of the video was to make an AMV that I could draw from my longtime anime fandom and match a different show/character with each individual line of a song. I was worried since most of the meaning/humor of each show pairing with every verse has a connection that mainly only people who have seen the show would understand. But there are also some pretty easy ones in there for the more casual fans as well. I didn’t intend for the video to be an all out laugh riot, but more of a feelgood nod to other people who have watched a lot of anime. I am very humbled that this video has been received so well by the release audiences and I hope that anyone who watches finds at least one section that makes them smile, laugh or feel nostalgic.
