• Comments: Wow, what a year 2020 has been! Not only have we been cooped up at home for the majority of the year, but I've been so swamped with things to catch up on that I've almost forgotten to upload another AMV.
  
  Well, it's finally ready! I'll admit that, once again, this isn't one of the AMVs I've been burning to make. I was away from my desktop for most of the year and when I finally got it back again I had somehow managed to suffer a catastropic failure of both the mechanical hard drives in my system. It happened when I tried to perform an upgrade... go figure.
  (sadly it took a lot of my in progress works out along with it.)
  
  
  So why make an AMV with such an old anime?
  Welcome to the NHK has been on my to watch list for the better part of a decade. I read half of the manga back in high school and really wanted to watch the anime, but never really got around to it. I finished it earlier this year and while I was listening to this song I realized that it actually fits the theme of the show. I started to throw some ideas around and this was the result of that. I think it turned out quite good.
