  A few months ago, I was watching a marathon of the Gamera episodes of MST3K on their official Twitch channel when a thought hit me: has anyone done the obligatory video setting the Gamera March to Bofuri?
  
  For those who haven't seen Bofuri, one of the more poupular characters in the series is Maple's tortoise familiar, Syrup (get it, Maple Syrup?). Part of Syrup's charm is the fact that for someone that is one of the cutest mascot characters of 2020, it is also a very valuable member of Maple Tree due to its moveset (which includes growing in size while maintaining its cuteness and firing a beam from its mouth) and, thanks to Maple's outside the box thinking of casting Psychokinesis on it, being used as a means of air transportation.
  
  Between the ability to grow in size and being able to fly in the air, there's obviously some comparisons between Syrup and the turtle kaiju Gamera. Thus, when I found out that no one had done this combination yet, I went ahead and made this video.
  
  Originally, I had considered sending this as my second video for the 2020 Pro Contest (along with Million Miles Away). However, when I learned about AWA being an online convention taking place the week before Xmas, I opted to make A Christmas Eve Carol be my second Pro video and sent this one to the Expo contest instead (although I still had it as a backup Pro entry just in case I couldn't get A Christmas Eve Carol done in time for the deadline).
