• Comments: This is what I would consider my first dramatic video. I decided it was time to try something different (my previous two videos fit more into the genre of "Fun"), and I found inspiration when I heard this song. The lyrics just seem incredibly similar to Saikano's plot, and I felt the song could even offer some insight, if the video could be effective at conveying the message. Fortunately, I think my original concept is carried out well in the actual video.
  Essentially, it portrays the duality of Chise's existence, and how that affects both her and Shuji. This is not intended to be a romantic video, but their relationship is represented fairly similarly to the actual series (although the tragic overtones are more apparent here).
  Furthermore, I did not use the actual ending of the series as the ending here. It is similar in some regards (those who have seen the end of the series will most likely be able to realize the correlation), but also very different. Therefore, I wouldn't say that it contains any actual spoilers, except for the premise itself. Still, even that is open to interpretation.
  While creating this type of video was essentially new to me, I still think it is my best effort to date. It took a good deal more effort than either of the others, but in the end, I think it paid off. I enjoy the finished product very much, and hope that you do as well.
