  Hello! This is my 2nd video project (well, 4th, if you count the two tracks I've done for Project: Kut-Up). And what have I done? Something crazy. Something downright difficult. Did I pull it off? Well, refer to the first sentence again....
  
  I bought Incubus's new album on an impulse buy. I liked the video for "Megalomaniac" and tried to think about the various megalomaniacs in my anime collection. Then, the crazy idea stuck me. "Do an Excel Saga video....but make it as serious as possible!" It IS crazy. But, I don't know, it seems to flow all right.
  
  Most of the video is me playing with Premiere, trying to get a feel for the whole editing process. That's a given. It's also an attempt to tell a story about two men, two megalomaniacs. One thinks he can save the world, despite being a closet pervert. The other thinks he can conquer it, despite being a wannabe rock-star. The second man even goes so far as to sell his soul to.....THAT MAN!
  
  For those of you who've seen Excel Saga, it'll make more sense. I'm hoping it'll make sense to that small population of AMV fans who've only heard about Excel Saga, who think it's all fun and games and who'll be surprised by this video. But I couldn't leave out silly scenes....
  
  Well, *I* like the video, at least.

  Why do I even make this section....it's not like I even understand all this stuff yet....

  Programs used: VirtualDubMod v.1.5.10.1, Gordian Knot (for ripping), EAC (for song ripping), Premiere Pro, Fraunhofer MP3 codec (cause LAME keeps crashing my computer for some reason), XviD/DivX compatible encode, IAW the guides.
