• Comments: This video was (as should be obvious by the title) the panel intro for the Anime Boston 2004 AMV 101 panel. I had a lot more planned to do with it after the initial RvB promo parody, but basically my procrastinating forced me to scrap the better part of it. However, it was primarily intended to introduce the panel and the panelists, so in that I would say it succeeded. Hopefully it was at least passably amusing at the same time.
  
  Yes, that is me doing the voice-over. It didn't turn out the greatest, but then what do you really expect? There's a reason I tend to be not only not in front of camera/mics but generally nowhere near them and on the computer instead. :p
  
  With the exception of the lip-sync at the end, the whole video was done in After Effects. Yes, that is the actual cover-art for Warriors of the Wind, I found a scan of it up online. Just about the only thing that may not be particularly obvious as to how it was done (since it was rather simple otherwise) is the foggish background in the first half. That was accomplished by applying the Cell Pattern (I think that was what it was called) to the layer in the back and keyframing it to change over time and then blurring the heck out of it.
