    Wow. Where do I start?

THE SONG: The first time I heard Gettin' Betta by Telsa it was on another video. I LOVE this song. Sadly, it's the only song by the group that's any good. The song starts out slow and sad. At around 53 seconds in (1:00 with my studio bumper added on the front of the vid), it turns really fast and super happy. With lots of guitar. ^_^

THE STORY: This vid tells how Naruto's life started out sad and lonely. And how he tried so hard to be strong, but couldn't seem to get anywhere. The slow part frequently contains the words "Getting better every day", but because it's said in a sad way I chose to use the opposite of the lyrics. And then, when the fast part comes it tells how he's found people who care about him and that he can now kick some serious butt! ^_^

EFFECTS: A good amount thrown in here. Okay, not thrown, they were carefully placed and.....oh, you know what I mean. Anyhoo I think I did a good job with them. I mostly used them when I thought the footage needed a little help to keep up with the music. There's quite a few...urm...unique ones in here. My "next clip comes out of someone's eyes" effect makes another appearance. There's also color fades, light pulses, lens flares, inverts, find edges, and more!

LIP SYNCH: There's only 3 lip synch sections, but they are well done. (In my humble opinion)

THE VID: I just wanna say that this is my fave vid I've done so far. Anyhoo, the main concept of this vid came because I am SICK TO DEATH of people only focusing on the dark side of Naruto. There's more to this show than sadness, angst and depression people! I wanted to show people the way I see the series. As a show that is VERY well rounded out as far as the feelings it showcases.

A PART I FELT I NEEDED TO EXPLAIN: 1:55- Some of you may be asking, "Why is she showing Hinata for the "Good things are comin' my way" line?". The answer is simple. I don't care how many people flame me for this, but I am a firm believe that Naruto and Hinata belong together. So, from my perspective at least, she is a "Good thing" coming his way.

Anyhoo. I really REALLY hope you guys enjoy this vid. And please review. Even if you just say "good job", it still makes me happy.

    Ja ne,
    Songbird21
