• Comments: This is a profile video for Yukimura, featuring his relationship with Sasuke, Saizo, and Kyo. It does have action since Yukimura's 'story' is mostly an ambitious drive to fight and win, but the majority of the video is based on the lyric. I'm considering this a romantic character profile to an underrated character.

  No effects. None. There are maybe 4 fades in this entire video and one very short layered shot that you shouldn't be able to spot out of the rest. If you hate effect-less videos, go away. This entire video is based on beat sync, inside clip sync, and lyrical sync (to the sound of the lyrics, as well as the meaning). It's a 'simple' and unambitious video, intentionally so.

  Those familiar with my vids should recognize Megumi Ogata as the voice actor of Kurama (YYH). She's also the voice actor of Yukimura, so this song is a natural choice. It wasn't written for Yuki's character, but I think it fits well.

  Note: I was tempted to label this video as yaoi, or at least light shonen ai. I honestly can't tell how old Sasuke is supposed to be in the anime. He isn't really human, and when they show him 11 yrs later, he still looks as young as he does in the beginning (which is older than he was when he met Yukimura as a child). It's just hard to tell what their relationship is. If he's as young as he looks, I'd consider it a father/son or protective brother type relationship. But if he's supposed to be older, it's as conspicuous as Saizo's crush on Yukimura (which I take to be canon in the anime). So...take it how you will. I didn't add any context that wasn't there in the anime itself, but I'd include this in my collection of shonen ai vids - they're both guys, and it's a sweet relationship however you look at it.
