• Comments: This is a video I'd been wanting to do for a while. It's a comedy piece about what exactly one would be willing to trade for the flying car. And like all deals, there are a few catches involved, to say the least.
  Being a long-time fan of Clerks, I made sure to pick up a copy of Clerks X when it was released. So I was browsing through the extras and came across this short, and the wheels in my mind started turning. As luck would have it, I had just begun reading Yami No Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness) a week or so beforehand. Thus, the idea was born.
  Believe it or not, this has been one of my most labor-intensive videos to date. Part of this is due to the considerable amount of lip-sync, and also needing to alter a few scenes by removing characters/altering backgrounds/masking lip flap. And the source footage needed some intensive filtering. So it was certainly a challenge, but I'm happy with the result, so it was worthwhile.
  "Quid pro quo" literally means "something for something". It's most often in the context of business dealings - you give something in order to get what you want in return. As you'll see, however, do make sure to read the fine print first.
