How it started: Walking around with an idea to create an AMV with Shania Twain's 'Man! I feel like a woman', I finally sat down around 2 months ago to create it. The next month was all about collecting the series I needed and creating proper footage to be used when editing. Exactly 30 days later, the AMV is finished.
The video: My AMV is about what maids do when they're not on duty. Now, I am usually not to keen on maid-series, but they have their charms. Mahoromatic especially is one of GAINAX's finest works in years. Hanaukyo Maid is also very, very funny, if not a bit cliché. Well what ecchi-comedy isn't? Still, I don't think I'm gonna watch a maid-anime anytime soon after finishing this AMV ;)
The song: Shania Twain has made some hits over the last 10 years, although it's been a bit quiet from her these days. Her last hit was 'I'm gonna getcha good' and that one has been released for about 1-2 years now. The song I used is from her CD 'Come on over' which was released in 1997. It's my favorite song of the entire CD, which is part of the reason I used it.
