Premiere Pro "Slide Show"

Post by Rekki » Sat Oct 28, 2006 6:36 pm

I have Adobe Premiere Pro, and in lue of Windows Video Maker, I am using APP to make a slideshow of still images, which I figure will allow me to set each frame to 1.4 seconds each. However, is there anyway I can set all pictures to 1.4s each at one time, or do I have to do it by hand for each picture?

Assuming each still image got imported with the same duration (they should have, unless you changed the default image duration in the middle): If you add them all to the timeline with more than 1.4 seconds between each, then select them all and drag one of the clips' edges, you should see all the other clips shortening or lengthening in sync, so that you can make them all 1.4 seconds each with just one drag. I think.

I don't know if it's true in Pro or not, but in 6.0, you can right click on the images and there will (in the case of Pro, should) be something that says "Duration..."

If you click on that, you can change the duration of each individual image as you please.
