Barnes & Noble is having a "Buy 2 Get 3rd Free" sale on select DVDs. Lowest price of the 3 is free. It's a general DVD sale, but includes some anime listings as well. (There is some rather good American Animation too). Complete animation DVD list is below, but examples include:

Lupin 3rd: The Castle of Cagliostro
The Cat Returns
Speed Racer
Blood+ Season 1
Howl's Moving Castle
Totoro
Princess Mononoke

Well, there are some more besides what I posted. Mostly Ghibli-type stuff though, to be honest.
