Kousetsu Hyaku Monogatari - Episode 13

So the series is officially over. I have to say I'm a little bummed about it. It was such a great series and to end after only 13 episodes is... almost criminal. They definetely need to make a second season of this awesome show.

Ending spoilers ahead:

I seriously did not like the way it ended though. It was so abrupt. I wanted the main character to continue travelling with Mataichi's group, but instead he just quits? What's up with that? Bah, what a drag.

Overall I find it hard to complain though since the rest of the series was so awesome. Damn, Mataichi was badass. I always feel so depressed when a great series ends, though. Well, anyway, to anyone else who watched this series, post your thoughts on the ending.
