Could not copy Avisynth.dll to system directory.
Close down all applications that use Avisynth and be sure to have write permission to the system directory, and then try again.

I have all applications closed that could use it. I have also completely uninstalled the old AMVApp. I'm at a loss here and could really use the help.

Close ALL applications (including browsers and the like). also install as an admin.

Right Click >> Run as administrator
