Interlacing problems from AE to PR - CS6

So, I'm making my first video that's a combo from AE and PR. (Was using final cut before), I've made an animated mask in AE and I exported the file into my Premiere timeline. Now the clip has an interlacing problem. I check the FPS, all at 29.97, checked the field dominance and everything. The funny thing is, is that I had this issues just days before with another mask and was able to figure it out, now I just can't for the life of me figure it out, especially when everything looks identical. HALP PLEASE!
