Ihave been absent for a few weeks now, and i miss it more then anything. through all the coding and stuff, i don't have any times to concentrate on music videos anymore.
I am working on a few things here and there, which include a live action musicvideo with Hero (jet li) and a few other things. hope to be back soon

Ah ... Lucky me .. the Hard disk which had all my music videos, all my mp3s .. all my collage work ... web building tools and archive ... it went spoof, dragging along this wonderful project with it. It was going to be the most creative AMV i had ever worked on ... then again, I guess I was condemned not to make it.
I have no idea what I'm going to do .. iether work on anothr AMV ... or stop temporarily ... dunno if it's worth the hustle to even worry about it. Oh well. Time will tell. -
The Reason - Entry 02 - Building Against An Agressive Op

I just woke up 5 minutes ago. My natural routine asks of me to walk towards the computer, switch on the monitor, comb my hair back with hand while logging on my AMV profile, and check for forum messages, new opinions or new forum threads.
...... This morning I got an new opinion ....
*My Reaction* "Yatta!" *Woke up with a smile*
3 words. "I was attacked!" I can't believe it, the person simply attacked me lol. I mean, I don't mind opinions, after all, the word is OPINION, people think whatever they want at the end of the day but ... ok ...
The opinions was about my latest video, the X TV one, and the first aggression was that I ASKED to be given low originality points for the choice of my song, only cause Vicbond had done a music video with it. Ok, I know it's kinda wierd to check out a video from a Noob after having loved a vid with the same song from a pro, but what the heck. I mean, If you just type bring me to life or link park you see millions of people out there doing the same vids with the same songs. Why is it a big deal only cause there is ANOTHER video with the same song. And does that mean I have to hit different beats? Cause he was original to actually start the music video on the first beat, I couldn't cause it would mean that I am following his footsteps?
If you read my other entries you'd know I admire Vicbond but come on, you don't have to attack me that way only cause you're a fan of that video too. It was so shallow.
Second aggression was the selection of clips, cause they effected the mood of the video. I seriously think that the guy didn't know a thing about X, cause those out there of you who are FANATICS of the series, saw the video and actually thought, yet, you know what, i'll post an opinion, and you know what I'll right, you really went along with the story well. It was so good, I'm gonna watch the series again from the DVDs, great work. ..... but nope, I guys he didn't like that iether.
Timing,.... now If I had to actually paste all the "Very well timed, congrates." "You know what kept me nailed? The timing and action sync." I got from the opinions, you'd be flooded, but it seems that my new admirer things that I out timed a great ammount of the stuff in the video.
Oh well, I don't even know why I'm angry at this. It was all so uncalled for ... well now to what you've been waiting for ...

I've offically worked for 15 hours on the video yesterday, and completed 25 seconds of it. Sounds trilling huh? I got an idea about how to make it more ORIGINAL, since I see how some people take originality seriously. I want to create a story out of the video, you know, show something which isn't seen in the series. Maybe Meryl's Death? *dunno, sitll planning =^.^=*
Oh well Mr Journal Man, i'm off to work on the vid again. i'll tell you about more progress tomorrow. =^.^= Bye bye -
The Reason - Entry 01

Since my last entry, I have worked on 2 music videos mainly. The micheal Jackson one, which failed miserably since i got really annoyed with looking up sub characters. I mean, unless you're inspired by an idea, you can't really make a music video. It must be in you.
THe second music video I worked on was a song by the Beatles. Eleanor Ridgy, footage used, Trigun. I tried editing imagery to fit the music video Milly and Wolfwood. I didn't stop working on it, well at least not permanently, yet since 95% of the work is gonna be done in photoshop, I decided to rest the project to work on something more relaxing.
*WRONG*
I ended up working on a new amv, also to Trigun (I don't know why I keep using Trigun. I don't even like the series all that much. Anyhow) I decided to use the song, The Reason, by Hoobastank.
Once again, 7Sigma's works came to my mind. "Don't use overused songs unless you think you can do better then what there already is." And guess what, I'm gonna give it my best shot. Just like with "Destruction and Redemption, which, even though did have an alrezdy used song, got 9 great opinions from ORG members. :) It's not all that much, I'm nowhere close to my final target, but it's a start.
Anyways, today is my first log entry that talks about The Reason. I've been working well over 5 hours on the first 11 seconds. Planned it to perfection, the only problem might be, not lack of effects, but an overload of effects. I hope I didn't over-do it.
Working on the rest of the video. I'll keep you informed on what I do next, should be an interesting result. -

Today I started a new music video ... lol true true .. from one to anyone. Then again, I'm sick at home, can't do anything else really.
I started following a thread on the message board that pointed out the lack of AMV on side characters, so I thought about it and finally came up with a new amv idea.
Michael Jackson's They Don't Really Care About Us.
It's going to take a while to complete, due to the fact that I am going to hit ever beat possible. It is a brazilian song, so I want to keep it's beat and give that feeling of rebelion and revolution when one is watching the AMV
