- Profile: I am a 20 year old female animation major going into her third year at University.
Making AMV's is a hobby that I just can't get out of right now. There's something so addicting and I believe I love doing it more so than animation. Too bad there's no way to make a real career out of AMV making or believe me, that would be my dream job.
I experience what I call "fandom hops" where I focus on one fandom at a time. Currently that fandom is DBZ and it is very apparent in my current AMV's. The story is just so perfect to me - and I didn't even grow up with it. I started my Anime journey with Naruto on Toonami (which is funny because now I can't stand it).
I will frequently make AMV's with my sister RedaSuki147 but we both also work on our own occasionally.
My tools of the trade are: After Effects; Handbrake; Audacity. I plan to start working with Premiere one day but for the moment I'm happy with what I've got. Sure beats working in Movie Maker, that's for sure. (That's what I call the dark ages)
