• Comments: "Chick Lit" was one of 5 entries at Tsubasacon 2007. It tied for first place in the audience vote and sneaked away with the Judges' Best of Show. Woot. More excitingly, it was Jay's first entry in a convention and Sarah's second.
  
  Sarah's Comments:
  For some reason, this combination didn't turn up as being made before. I can only assume that it's because the song has a male narrator, and there isn't much romance in this franchise to build that point of view around. I made a little 20-second short out of the OAV a long time ago, but never followed up with the full song. But someday, it had to be made!
  
  There's still that POV problem. This was solved by throwing context entirely out the window and slashing the hell out of everyone. This turned wrong somewhere along the line. Really...really wrong. And then wronger. But there's also a new career move for Wendy (and Joker and Drake) and a Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter reference, so that has to count for something.
  
  Also, for the record, I did not set out to make so many Moxy Früvous AMVs. It just turned out that way. (This is my third Früvous AMV and my 23rd video overall, for the record. Whew.)
  
  Oh, and as for effects - This video took a crapton of lipflap correction, but other than that, there are only a couple of small things. It's not technically effects-less, though; 876 frames of image editing say otherwise. -_-;;

  Context? Bah! To hell with context I say! Besides... it's not THAT far of a stretch... really. A knowing glance. A hand touch that's just a tad too long. Nope, nothing going on there. ^_~
  
  To be serious for a moment, this project was a lot of fun to work on. I finally got to use my second favorite anime in a vid and I learned a lot on lipsynch and action sync that is really gonna help down the road.
