  (Yes, I know FMA's been shown all the way through on [as] at least 3 times, but I'm warning you just in case.)
  
  Every budding/aspiring AMV editor has thought about doing some kind of video to Ayumi Hamasaki's "Evolution". Some do it very well, some are very memorable, and others... not so much. To date there have been 96 such videos. I shall be at least number 97.
  
  I wanted to do this video to FMA because I wanted to capture some of the emotional moments of the series involving Edward Elric. I go over the Lab 5 arc quickly, then do the Greed arc quickly, then do the 49-50 quickly. AGAIN, SPOILER ALERT FOR EVERYTHING IN FMA, just to be safe. In versions of this video sent to conventions, there will be a final caption at the end that says "To Be Continued" so as not to lead people astray about FMA's finish.
  
  The song is in Japanese, so I've pretty much thrown lyrical relevancy out the window and sent for action sync with the tone and mood of the song as it goes along. Besides, "Evolution" is actually supposed to be a celebratory, happy song despite the song being in a minor key.
  
  I hope I don't make too many girls cry or too many editors roll their eyes with yet another "Evolution" video.... I sure do hope that this one will stick out in some people's minds in a positive way.
  
  This video premiered tonight during the AMV dance at Anime Weekend Atlanta 2007, and was submitted for the Pro contest.
